Now that the law library has moved, the University of Bremen’s new Forum at Domshof location in downtown Bremen is complete.

In addition to the law branch library, the Domshof building houses the Faculty of Law, the Centre for Work and Politics (ZAP), the Institute for Work and Economics (iaw), and HERE AHEAD. We visited the university’s newest building both before and after the move.

Bild 4/8 The new Juridicum has space for around 100,000 books and offers 210 study spaces. This capacity means that the entire law library is finally accessible to everyone at one location. Up to now, this had been divided between two locations on the main campus.

With an area of over 18,000 square meters, the Domshof offers plenty of space for studying, teaching, and working. Our building guide shares information about getting around in the new location. Three law students talk about the move and their experiences with the new building in this article.
